The staff was friendly and helpful. The happy hour was enjoyable. My room, a Sanders Bedroom, was comfortable. I liked the delicious food.
My room was quite dark and it felt cold. The tv had limited channel options. I found the bed too hard. I WOKE up stiff.

i found the staff very cute and helpful throughout my stay. the rooftop bar offered a lively ambiance and tasty drinks. i appreciated that the hotel is situated on a safe, quiet street near many attractions.
the absence of a full set of english channels on the tv seemed like a missed opportunity. i hope they consider adding more options in the future for international guests.
